Our Services & Programs
The Clinic offers comprehensive services and programs to our patients - all under our mission to building a healthier community one person at a time.
Providing primary medical care for both acute conditions (ex: cold, rash, earache) and chronic disease management (ex: diabetes, hypertension, COPD), preventative care (ex: wellness check-up, immunizations) and specialty referrals, as needed.
Providing dental care for oral health (ex: cleanings/hygiene, x-rays) and restorative treatments (ex: fillings, extractions, partials and dentures) and specialty referrals, as needed.
Providing counseling by a licensed professional counselor for those dealing with minor to moderate behavioral health care problems, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. Additionally, the Clinic has a psychiatrist who sees those in need of treatment and medication management.
Counseling services are also available to students on-site at Powhatan Middle and High School by a licensed professional counselor for those dealing with depression, anxiety, poor school performance, anger management, ADHA, and suicidal thoughts.

Diagnostic Tests & Lab Services
Diagnostic tests and lab services are available on Thursdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Integrating gynecology with primary care, the Women’s Program provides pelvic and breast exams, PAP smears, and education. Referrals are available for mammograms and bone density testing.
Rx Assistance & Counseling
In partnership with the Powhatan Walmart Pharmacy, CrossOver Healthcare Ministry, and various pharmaceutical companies, the Clinic provides prescribed medications at no cost to our patients.
Nutrition counseling is available for disease specific needs (diabetes, HTN) as well as weight loss and heart healthy dietary plans.
From our pharmacist aiding in a patient understanding their prescribed medications to our clinical staff helping a patient see how certain lifestyles impact their illness - patient education is a foundational part of the treatment plan for all Clinic patients.
